Can change constant production collaboration? Accenture said yes. (Web worker daily)

Thomas Pate, Accenture, at Net:Work 2010For a mobile core team can provide additional productivity, but real collaboration in an enterprise distributed at the Summit and filter through back-office services too. Efforts to change in each region business, HR I.T. and even shopping facilities, can bring considerable benefits, but don't expect that the changes to come easily or quickly.

Tom Pate, Executive Director for Accenture, geographical services North America describes a brief case study net at our Conference this morning: descriptive, illustrating how the company has doubled size and sale, while back-office operating expenses were reduced by half. For the past 10 years Accenture jumped to $ 4 billion to $ 10 billion revenue while operating costs decreased 550 million in 2000 to $ 215 million this year.

Accenture model for these results was multivague approach which did not include simple reduction in costs, but the staff to be collaboratively. Pate says, "magic not cost cutting, magic happened after we've implemented our plans." These plans included reduction of real estate, tools to work together effectively and leadership to understand the need to strike a balance between centralized change and users who want to control their own devices and tools.

Upgrading legacy systems and services are essential that new technologies bring new efficiencies. This meant that farewell to AOL Instant Messenger for internal chat and Hello to SharePoint, Office Communicator and even Telepresence solutions. And the changes seem to never stop in the case of Accenture: part of long-term strategy has been to employees understand that the only constant is change. As a result, the company evaluates continuously new tools and services available in a never-ending learning process. The beauty of the solution is additional scalability or "magic" that Pate referenced, making much faster ratchet or back working globally with the needs.
