Future leaders will be those who can manage changes in technology (Web worker daily)

Technology has changed dramatically in the 10 years, but human beings – and how they work with and manage each other - has evolved and adapted almost as quickly. This is one of the major challenges for businesses today, Allen Delattre of Korn/Ferry International told participants at net: GigaOM San Francisco Conference. Delattre, "Technology has progressed most in our lives has 3 000 years," said Thursday. "But the human being, the people we are - we did we really evolved more [and] puts to test our limits as beings humans."

The big question for businesses today is how they adapt to that, he said - and in particular how the leaders of companies to manage the implementation of the technology within their organizations and try to help their employees evolve and succeed. And tomorrow's leaders will likely be those that are flexible enough to move with these changes, rather than people who are displaced ranks in the traditional manner, Delattre said.

"The past is more an indicator of the future" Korn/Ferry global Executive Director said. Companies have traditionally favored employees who developed in their time division finance, increased by the operation of sale or obtained a high school of commerce, said Delattre, rating but "the leaders of the future will be those who can adapt to the and managing these technologies" and those who do not have people who moved in delivering launches product successfully and that kind of thing. "These rules are out of the window," he said.
