We are right in the middle of the holiday season when stress begins to accumulate until it reaches a breaking point. Start taking steps today to make positive changes that will help you manage our stress for two or three weeks.

What it is. Yes, I know that you have a million things to do and try very strong get them, but are time so thanks to this task list. I've escaped at the Thanksgiving Feast United States with a trip to Hawaii, where I spent six days sitting in an armchair Beach, fruity drinks and reading science fiction.
