AFL - IOC Housing Investment Trust (HIT) and Martin Building Company in San Francisco to announce launch of Potrero residences, a union-built in the central district of the city Waterfront project funding. $ 80.4 Million project will provide housing affordable child care and commercial development in an area that Mayor Gavin Newsom called a priority for the city, which seeks to promote a mix of housing and activity in the neighbourhoods of the city.
